Overview
Revery uses the latest AI / Deep Learning algorithms to generate the try-on studio images directly from a combination of source images. To ensure high quality, we work with images in a specific format, as specified in this section.
The minimal required image resolution is 384 x 512 (width x height) in the form of JPG or PNG. Often, we work two type of catalog images:
If you weren't sure whether your existing catalog image meet our standard, please contact our sales ([email protected]) team to double check.
Preparing Imagery Asset
Our system use frontally taken garment imagery to generate virtual try-on images. Our system works best with images that satisfy the following criteria:
- The garment should be front facing, centered and upright
- Pure white / plain color background.
- No shadings at the boundary.
- Photo taken with full lighting.
- The garment should be ironed and taut such that there are minimal folds (that are not present when worn). *Folds that are not part of the design or do not follow the geometry of a human body should be minimized.
- Only the garment is visible in the image (mannequin, hanger should not appear).
- For garments with sleeves, the sleeves should fall downward naturally.
- For bottoms, the trousers legs should fall down naturally with a clear boundary between two legs.
- For outerwear, they should be closed (buttoned or zipped).
- We recommend padding the garment with a mannequin.
